President of Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan received the Chairman of the Armenian General Benevolent Union (Montreal) Chahé Tanachian and Executive Board Secretary Hagop Arslanian on Tuesday March 31, 2015 at the Presidential Palace in Stepanakert.

Issues related to the implementation of different projects in Artsakh and deepening of the Artsakh-Diaspora relations were discussed during the meeting.

President Sahakyan stressed that since its foundation, the AGBU has had an accented role in the life of worldwide Armenians, adding that Artsakh always paid special attention to the cooperation with this organization.

NKR Foreign Minister Karen Mirzoyan also participated in the meeting.
