Hello Montreal Families!
I hope this letter finds you well and that you’re enjoying the beginning of Spring. As preparations begin for the upcoming summer, we wanted to thank you for your participation last year. It was a wonderful season and we were extremely proud of our Montreal campers!
With that said, I’m happy to inform you that the camper registration process for summer 2017 has officially begun! There are some changes to the process this year as Camp Nubar has adopted a brand new online application that will be used by both USA and international campers.
To apply online, please use the following link (https://campnubar.campmanagement.com/enroll), fill out the information on the page, and hit “Continue to enrollment options” at the bottom. Since this is a new online application which requires a new login, please do not follow the “Returning Families” link on the page, you may use that after you’ve created a new profile.
Once your profile is created, follow these steps to apply:
(Please note that the prices shown online do not reflect the Montreal Discount. At the payment page of the application, select to pay nothing at the time of application and we will apply a price adjustment once submitted. If you would like to take the bus, please select the New Jersey bus option and we will make a price adjustment for that as well!)
Step 1: Creating a Camper Profile
1. Click on “My account”
2. Click “Add camper”
3. Enter your camper’s information and click “add camper” when complete
(follow these steps once per camper)
Step 2: Enrollment
1. Click on “Enrollment”
2. Select your camper and click on “Enroll [your camper's name] for 2017″
3. Select your session(s)
4. Select your child’s t-shirt size and fill in camper profile questions
5. Select additional session options (Horseback, Bus, etc.)
6. Select your payment options, e-sign, and click “Submit enrollment request”
(follow these steps once per camper)
For the paper forms, we created a separate document for our Montreal campers to make things a bit easier (see attached). The paperwork should be printed and filled out, and then submitted to Rahel Ourfalian (514-748-2428) at the Montreal AGBU office: 805 rue Manoogian St-Laurent, QC H4N 1Z5. After submission of the forms, please contact Alex at the AGBU New York Office (212-319-6383, campnubar@campnubar.org) to complete payment. Payment can be submitted via Credit Card, US Money Order, or Bank Transfer directly to AGBU Camp Nubar.
Our application deadline is June 1st, 2017, please submit your application prior to that date, thank you!
