On Friday, December 22, 2017 the Armenian General Benevolent Union sponsored and served the NDG Food Depot’s last food basket distribution and community meal of 2017. The initiative, spearheaded by the AGBU Youth Committee, allowed for more than 250 hot meals to be served on a cold winter’s day.

Bonnie Soutar, Director of Development for the Depot, thanked the entire AGBU family for its generous sponsorship, and the members of the AGBU Youth Committee in particular, who assisted in serving food and cleaning up the kitchen.

On behalf of the AGBU, Executive Board member Hagop Arslanian expressed his gratitude to the NDG Food Depot for this spiritually uplifting experience and praised the initiative of AGBU Youth members who have continued the AGBU’s longstanding tradition of reaching out and lending a hand to those who need it most, reaffirming the very essence of AGBU’s deeply rooted cultural and moral heritage.

Fidèles à nos origines: prêtant main forte depuis 1906

Le vendredi, 22 décembre 2017, l’Union générale arménienne de bienfaisance a commandité la dernière distribution de paniers alimentaires et de repas communautaire du Dépôt alimentaire NDG de l’année 2017. L’initiative, lancée par le comité jeunesse de l’UGAB, a permis de servir plus de 250 repas chauds, par une journée froide d’hiver.

Bonnie Soutar, directrice de développement du Dépôt, a remercié la famille de l’UGAB pour sa généreuse commandite, et plus particulièrement les membres du comité jeunesse qui ont aidé à servir les repas et nettoyer la cuisine.

Au nom de l’UGAB, Hagop Arslanian, membre du Comité exécutif, a remercié le Dépôt alimentaire NDG pour cette expérience spirituellement enrichissante, et a félicité les membres du comité jeunesse qui maintiennent la longue et belle tradition de l’UGAB d’aider son prochain, réaffirmant ainsi les valeurs qui sont au cœur de son héritage moral et culturel.
