AGBU Montreal’s Fine Arts Committee put together a beautiful Vernissage this past week end. Mrs. Christine Dirtadian Kouyoumdjian , who is an ardent admirer of our Armenian artists/ painters, graciously accepted to be the honorary president of the event.

Mrs Arda Kouyoumjian , the chairperson of the Fine Arts Committee, introduced Mrs.Christine Dirtadian Kouyoumdjian and asked her to cut the ribbon and thus declare the exhibition open , on June 5/2015.

The large number of Montrealers who came to AGBU ‘s Dervishian Hall that Friday and then again on Saturday and Sunday , were all enchanted by the lovely display of artwork put forward by Bedros Aslanian, Yeghia Bakmazdjian, Silva Khatcherian, Joseph Mandalian and Berdj Tchakedjian .

All five are talented and renowned Montreal artists of Armenian origin, known internationally. Each one of them has a unique and different style all his/her own. It was an extremely beautiful display of artistic talent, most pleasant to watch, gaze  and admire for hours on end.
